How do I install the JobPilot Chrome extension?
Visit the Chrome Web Store, search for 'JobPilot', and click 'Add to Chrome'. The extension will appear in your browser toolbar. Click it to set up your profile and start autofilling applications.
Why isn't JobPilot autofilling on a job site?
Make sure you're on a supported job board and the extension is enabled. Try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, the site may use a custom form format — email us and we'll look into adding support.
How do I update my saved profile information?
Click the JobPilot extension icon in your browser toolbar, then select 'Edit Profile'. You can update your personal details, work experience, education, and saved answers at any time.
Can I use JobPilot on multiple devices?
Yes! Your profile syncs across devices when you're signed in with the same account. Install the extension on each browser where you want to use JobPilot.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Go to the extension settings and click 'Manage Subscription'. You can cancel anytime and continue using Pro features until the end of your billing period.
Is my data secure?
